We find it much easier to understand your requirements if you can phone . This allows the opportunity to discuss all aspects of your requirements, and overcome any misunderstadings or confusions which may occur in the limited space the contact form provides.

Our trading hours are 8.45 am to 5.00 pm Monday - Friday. We are able to respond to e-mail enquiries outside these hours but cannot accept telephone calls.

If you are unable to phone,  then please either use our standard e-mail address sales@ or provide enough details in the contact form such that we can offer a swift, and helpful response.

Please make the subject and content of your enquiry clear,  include your full name, your company or organisation name,  and a daytime phone number, should we need to phone you.  

Except at evenings & weekends we would normally respond within 2 hours.
