We much prefer customers to contact us initially by phone. This allows the opportunity to discuss all aspects of your requirements, and avoids a prolonged exchange of e-mails. When you phone ask for Sales Director Jim Rowlands who will discuss your needs and manage your order from start to delivery.

Our trading hours are 8.45 am to 5.00 pm Monday - Friday. We are able to respond to e-mail enquiries outside these hours but cannot accept telephone calls.

If you are unable to phone, then please provide enough details of your enquiry such that we can offer a swift, and helpful response.

Please include your full name, your company or organisation name, and a daytime land line number, should we need to phone you. We not not respond to enquires which are vague, anonymous, do not provide a phone number or only a mobile  number.
