Since our beginning Inflight Skynasoars have been commited to leading the market through research and product development: During the 1990s we became one of the world leading designers of sculptured and inflatable kites. Licences for many of our designs have now been taken up by companies in Europe and USA.

Despite the move to new markets our commitment to innovation continues. All of our support systems, poles, stands are custom made to our specification, moving from the initial prototypes through testing and development over months, if not years, to the final production models. We enjoy a good relationship with our manufacturers in UK and China and our products are constantly under review. It is this commitment to innovation and high quality which separates us from many of our competitors.

 

Banner Poles:

Manufactured exclusively for Skynasoars these poles combine, strength, flexibility and durability with minimal weight.
  • Tapered multi section glass fibre composite
  • Tubular with solid tip.
  • Push fit, steel reinforced joints. with fixed clip for attachment of flag
  • Base diameters allow vertical alignment on spikes
  • Two different specifications : Five sizes.

Ground Spikes : for grass, sand and snow

Standard : Zinc coated for soft ground- grass, sand, and snow. normally supplied as standard with feather banners : Custom lengths can be made in our own workshops

Rotating : Chrome plated to suit all sizes

Bases for hard standing - indoors or outdoors - concrete , tarmac

Mini Base

Flat steel plate with handle and removable spigot for portability and storage : Size 18 cm. Designed for indoor use with 2m Conference and Java styles flags

Cross Base

Tubular aluminium on central steel hub

  • Small 70x70 cms for poles up to 4m weight 2kg
  • Large 120x120 cms for poles 5 and 6m poles: weight 5kg for indoor and outdoor use

Weighted Overlays

For outdoor use all stands will need some additional ballast for support in stronger winds. Skynasoars offer two options
  • Sand filled overlays @ 15kg and 25kg
  • water filled bladders @ 10lt (10kg) and 15lt(15kg)

Rubber Base

Where display is semi permanent - a rubbber base maybe a more satisfactory option. 60 cms dia weighing 26 kg it would normally provide support for most pole sizes in average winds.

Drive on base

Designed for use by car clubs we have a new design of drive on base. Lightweght ,easy to store and carry but sufficiently strong and durable to fulfil its purpose. Normally when mounting flags on wheel bases we would advise using a pole one metre longer than normal
