For outdoor use all stands will need some addition ballast in the form of sands bags or water bladders.
Similar sized overlays are available which can be filled with sand.

Skynasoars design and specification, made in China these poles combine, strength flexibility and durability with minimal weight, almost unbreakable.
Most portable flag systems, have a large inertia, and the force of rapidly changing wind direction is usually accommodated by the flapping flag. A fixed spike is usually adequate. Since "tear drop" flags do not flutter the the same way, they normally require a rotating spike.
